深圳大学2021年招聘教师公告

深圳大学2021年公开招聘教师150名。招聘分两批进行,首批招聘报名截止至20201215,首批招聘未招满的岗位将进行第二批招聘。现将有关事项公告如下:

一、聘用岗位及待遇

本年度招聘岗位及具体要求见《深圳大学2021年引进教师岗位计划表》(见附件1,以下简称《计划表》)。

本年度招聘的教师岗位实行预聘-长聘管理制度,部分岗位实行全职授课教师管理制度。预聘-长聘制教师岗位要求应聘者35岁以下,学校急需引进或特别优秀的应聘者可适当放宽年龄要求,具有副高职称者放宽至40岁;具有正高职称者放宽至45岁。根据应聘者实际情况,特别优秀的可申请聘为副教授或教授。

预聘-长聘制教师薪酬待遇如下:

1.年薪3870万元/年;特别优秀的应聘者可直接入选学校“3+1人才工程项目,并享受1520万元/年的专门工作报酬;

2.享受学校青年教师科研启动专项经费1030万元;

3.符合条件者,可享受深圳市高层次人才奖励补贴和新引进高端人才科研启动经费;

4.住房政策:可申请租住校内周转房;

5.教育配套:深圳大学附属教育集团旗下有幼儿园、小学、中学,为教职工子女提供全体系优质基础教育服务;

6.医疗保健:深圳大学总医院为教职工提供优质医疗服务。

二、应聘者条件及要求

1.符合本公告及《计划表》规定的资格条件。

2.应聘者所学专业须与计划表中岗位要求专业一致;所学专业须与职位规定的学历层次相对应。

3.年龄及工作经历计算截止时间为20201231

4.在应聘者水平相当的情况下,本校博士后及专职研究人员优先考虑。

三、报名时间和方式

1.报名时间:即日起至20201215

2.报名方式:登录深圳大学人才招聘平台(网址:http://zp.szu.edu.cn/,建议使用360极速浏览器或谷歌浏览器),使用邮箱注册账号,收到激活邮件并激活,登录系统后在招聘岗位页面可以查看所有开放的岗位详细信息,选中自己拟聘的岗位,点击申请岗位,然后完善自己的简历信息并提交。每位应聘者最多可以申请三个岗位。具体报名方式请参看《教职工招聘系统操作手册(应聘者)》(附件2

四、面试

1.面试专家组

各单位应成立面试专家组。面试专家组由各学院教授委员会代表组成,人数不得少于9人。相对独立研究机构参照学院方式成立面试专家组。

2.面试人选确定

各单位应综合考虑申请者学历背景、工作经历、学术成果、发展潜力等因素,确定各岗位的面试人选。每个岗位的面试人选一般不少于2人。如果报名者中没有合适的人选,可以暂缓该岗位招聘。各单位负责通知候选人面试的时间、地点。

3.面试程序

具体程序由各单位自行确定,一般应包括以下几个环节:

1)本学科相关专业课程试讲;

2)面试者科研及学术情况汇报;

3)专家提问;

4)专家根据面试者的试讲情况、研究经历及成果、发展潜力等综合打分,以所有专家平均分作为面试结果;

4.面试时须同时提交如下资料(由各单位在面试时审核材料):

1)个人简历;

2)身份证(复印件,验原件);

3)学历、学位证书(复印件,验原件;国内应届毕业生如尚未取得毕业证请提供推荐表、成绩单原件及低一级学历、学位证书原件;海外留学回国人员需提供国家教育部认证,如未取得认证的请提供成绩单及就读院校开具的在读及毕业时间的证明材料);

4)个人近五年在教学科研方面的业绩材料(包括但不限于项目、专利、文章、著作、作品及获奖等);

5)有职称的需提供专业技术资格证书;

6)证明应聘人符合与岗位有关其他条件的材料;

7)其他获奖、任职经历等证明材料(自愿提供)。

注意事项:(1)严格按照岗位要求报名。个人条件与应聘岗位要求不符的,资格审查不予通过。(2)所提供材料必须齐全且保证真实,材料不齐或弄虚作假的不接受报名,其中属弄虚作假的,将记录在案,今后不得应聘深圳大学任何岗位。(3)所留的联系电话应准确无误,确保能够及时联系。

五、录取结果公布及公示。

学院人力资源工作委员会根据面试结果向学校提出建议引进教师名单(相对独立研究机构参照学院方式执行),学校人事工作教授委员会审议确定拟录用人选。拟录用人选经学校审批通过后将在深圳大学人才招聘网站公布,公示期7天。

六、聘用

拟录用人员经公示,没有投诉或经查投诉不实或不影响聘用的,按规定在公示结束的一年内办理聘用手续,逾期未办理入职手续者,将视为放弃岗位,不予录用。

Shenzhen University Talent Recruitment in 2021

Shenzhen University SZU has decided to recruit 150 teachers. The recruitment will be carried out in two rounds. The first round of recruitment will be open until December 15, 2020, and the positions not yet filled will be open in the second round. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I.Positions and Benefits

For the positions and specific requirements of this year's recruitment, please refer to Shenzhen University Teaching Position Recruitment Plan in 2021 (see Annex 1, hereinafter referred to as the Plan).

Teachers recruited in 2021 will be subject to the tenure track; some positions will be subject to the management system of full-time academic faculty. The tenure track candidates should be under the age of 35, but the age requirement may be relaxed for urgently-needed or extra-special applicants. Age limits for talents with the title of associate professor and full professor can be relaxed to 40 and 45 years old respectively. Qualified candidates may be considered for appointment as Associate Professor or Full Professor.

Remuneration package for tenure track are as follows:

1.Annual salary: 380,000-700,000 yuan per year; extra-special candidates can be directly selected into the "3+1 Talent Project" of the university, and enjoy specific work remuneration of 150,000-200,000 yuan per year;

2.Enjoy the specific start-up fund for young teachers from 100,000 to 300,000 yuan;

3.Those who meet the requirements can enjoy Shenzhen's high-level talents incentive subsidies and the start-up funds for high-end talents;

4.Housing policy: can apply for transition apartments on campus;

5.Educational support: Affiliated Education Group of Shenzhen University has kindergartens, primary schools and middle schools providing comprehensive quality education services for children of faculty and staff.

6.Medical care: Shenzhen University General Hospital provides high quality medical services for faculty and staff.

II. Qualification and Requirements

1.Candidates should have the qualifications stipulated in this announcement and the Plan.

2.Candidates should have background in related disciplines as specified in the Plan and have obtained the level of education in the required major as stipulated in the Plan.

3.Only the age and work experience up to the date of December 31, 2020 will be considered for the application.

4.Postdoctoral and full-time researchers from SZU are preferred if the candidate is of the same level.

III. Application

1. Applications are open till December 5, 2020.

2.To apply, please log in the e-Recruitment system of Shenzhen University at http://zp.szu.edu.cn/ (it is recommended to use 360 speed browser or Google browser). The steps are as follows:

(1)Create a user account with your email. You will receive a system-generated email after your registration. Click the activation link in the email to activate your account.

(2)Click “Apply Now” for the position that you wish to apply and fill out the online form in details.

(3)Click "Submit Application".

Each candidate can apply for up to three positions. Please refer to Faculty Recruitment System Manual (for applicants) (Attachment 2) for further information on the online application procedures.

Because the e-Recruitment system is in Chinese, foreign applicants can send their C.V., positions that they wish to apply, and contact information to the Human Resources Department at szuhr@szu.edu.cn.

IV. Interview

1. Interview panel

Each unit will set up an interview panel consisting of no less than nine representatives from the professor committee of each school. Independent research institutions also establish an interview panel in the same way.

2. Candidates

All units will comprehensively evaluate the candidates including academic background, work experience, academic achievements and development potential. No less than two candidates should be shortlisted for the interview for each position. In the case that there is no suitable candidate among the applicants, the recruitment of the position can be suspended. Each unit is responsible for notifying the candidates of the time and venue of the interview.

3. Interview

The specific interview details are determined by each unit and should generally include the following parts:

(1) Candidates should deliver a trial lecture of the courses related to the applied position;

(2) Candidates should report his/her academic and research achievements;

(3) Candidates should respond to the questions raised by the interview panel;

(4) The interview panel will score the candidates based on the trial lecture, research experience and achievements, and development potential. The average score will become the final result of the interview.

4. Applicants should submit the following documents for review at the interview:

(1) C.V.;

(2) ID card (original copy for verification and one copy for submission);

(3) Academic and degree certificates (original copy for verification and one copy for submission; Domestic graduates who have not yet obtained the diploma should provide the recommendation form, the original transcript and the original copy of the academic and degree certificates of the last obtained degree; candidates from the overseas should provide certificates certified by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Candidates who have not obtained the certification should provide documents including the transcript, a certificate specifying his/her academic status and graduation time issued by the candidate’s institutions);

(4) Documents on the candidate’s teaching and research achievements in the past five years (including but not limited to projects, patent, paper, publication, works and awards, etc.);

(5) Professional and technical qualification certificates if any;

(6) Other supporting documents to the position;

(7) Documents on other achievements, awards and work experience (optional).

Notes: (1) Candidates must apply for the position in accordance with the requirements of the posts. Candidates who fail to meet the requirements will not be shortlisted for the interview. (2) All documents provided by the candidate must be complete and genuine. Incomplete and false documents will lead to failure in application. Falsification will be recorded and reported to the municipal personnel department, under which candidates will not be allowed for employment at Shenzhen University in the future. (3) Candidates must provide an accurate contact number so as to be reached in time.

V. Recruitment Results and Announcement

The human resources committee of each school will submit a list of qualified candidates to the University based on the interview result (same to the independent research institutions). The professor committee in charge of personnel of the University will deliberate and determine the candidates to be hired. After the approval from the University, the proposed candidates will be announced on the recruitment website for comments for 7 days.

VI. Employment

If no complaints about the proposed candidates are received or the complaints are unfounded or do not affect the employment after verification, the employment procedures will be completed within one year after the announcement. Candidates who fail to report to the University on time will be deemed as a waiver of the employment and will not be accepted.
